How quickly will my purchase be dispatched?
Most items are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 7 days
Can I collect my Order?
Yes, if you live local to Blackburn or will be at an event or fair that we will be attending, then you can save on postage by selecting click and collect. We will still require 5 to 7 days to create your order
Do you post outside of the UK
Currently no, but we will be looking to expand our postage in the coming months

Combined package weighing less than 1kg - £6.00
Combined package weighing between 1kg & 2kg - £7.00
Can I cancel my order?
We can accept order cancellations within 6 hours of your order being placed for a full refund. After this time we do not accept any cancellations.
If you need to cancel, it will be your responsibility for making the cancellation request within this timeframe.

What if my order is damaged?
Please let us know immediatley if your order arrives damaged and supply us with photo images of the damage. On receipt of the photo's, your order will be replaced at our cost
