I'm  Robyn, the maker behind Rustic Beam Craft. Originally from South Africa , I now live in Blackburn, Lancashire. 

Although I have always had an interest in making things, I started my laser engraving journey at the end of the Covid pandemic. During the pandemic things had changed, people had changed, I had changed. I was looking to start a hobby to fill up my free time whilst doing something that expanded my creativity flare.

Laser engraving has became my stress reliever, allowing my to disappear into a world that I have never been to before. Although I’m really new at this hobby, I love learning and I can get completely lost in the pieces I create. 

I am lucky to have some incredible people who support me, giving me the confidence to create my small business.
